soft start & stop

Ciao a tutti! Ho un motore 24v 30w ridotto che deve partire sotto carico quindi vorrei costruirmi un circuito start &stop che faccia partire e fermare il motore con calma, senza il tipico strattone on off. Non ho trovato però niente che possa fare al caso mio. Sapreste consigliarmi qualcosa? Circuiti gia pronti o schemi da realizzare?
